Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate Market Researcher who can track the industry, competitors and prospective customers, derive insights and help with strategy, marketing and sale.

Your day to day responsibilities will involve

  • Oversee and keep an eye on market trends
  • Conduct surveys and interviews of customers and competitors to understand the market better
  • Provide valuable market insights to the marketing, sales and strategy team of the company
  • Keep track of changing end-user trends
  • Conduct research/experiments on the latest market conditions
  • Track competitors and target market – activities and action

Key skills and requirements

  • Planning, analyzing and reporting abilities
  • Basic experience in market research
  • An outstanding thinker with research proficiencies
  • Can understand competitor strategies and audience behaviour
  • Knowledge of marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Have organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Carries good verbal and written communication skills
  • Min. 6 months or 1 year of experience
  • Basic knowledge of eCommerce industry competency

Good to have
