What We Want You to Do?

Lead end-to-end UI/UX design process from research to high-fidelity execution.
Design intuitive and conversion-focused interfaces for eCommerce web applications.
Drive CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) through strategic user experience designs.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve experience.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI guidelines.
Collaborate closely with Product / Project Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
Ensure UX best practices, CRO principles, and usability standards are followed.
Review and provide feedback on design outputs from team members.
Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency across projects.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of proven experience in UI/UX design (mandatory).
Mandatory experience working on eCommerce web applications.
Proven team leadership and mentoring experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric and conversion-driven design projects.
Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of responsive design and web design best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

Minimum 7 years of professional UI/UX design experience required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
