We are looking for a visual designer who leads with craft and thinks in visuals first. You will work across eCommerce brands and digital products, shaping how they look, feel, and connect with customers across touchpoints.

What We Want You to Do?
- Create high-quality visual assets across social media, email, paid ads, landing pages, product UI, and brand collateral.
- Design clean, consistent product interfaces using solid UI patterns and layout systems.
- Apply and extend brand identities across marketing and product touchpoints.
- Work closely with brand strategy, content, UX, and product teams to turn briefs into strong visual concepts.
- Design campaign creatives for Meta, Google Display, and TikTok (static and motion-ready formats).
- Contribute to design systems, component libraries, style guides, and reusable templates.
- Handle multiple briefs at once and deliver polished work on time.
- Present and explain your design decisions clearly to teammates and stakeholders.
- Stay current on design trends, platform benchmarks, and modern eCommerce creative patterns.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of visual design experience (agency, studio, or in-house).
- Strong portfolio covering at least 2 of these: brand identity, product UI, ad creatives, landing pages, email design.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong fundamentals: typography, color, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Working understanding of UI patterns, interaction conventions, and accessibility basics.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.
- Clear communication (written + verbal).
Bonus Skills
- Motion design or basic animation (After Effects, Lottie, or Figma motion).
- Illustration or custom iconography.
- Experience building or maintaining design systems.
- Experience working with eCommerce / D2C brands.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or similar.
- If you do not have a degree but your portfolio is strong, that works too.
