Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • Communicate with clients from US and UK about the products and services of the company.
  • Define a marketing strategy to place Aureate Labs as the best Magento Development Consultancy.
  • Work to increase the number of qualified leads and lead conversion.
  • Develop highly innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Ensuring that clear milestones are set and key activities and deadlines are met.
  • Think strategically and commercially to execute day-to-day digital and offline marketing activities.
  • Devise and deliver a content strategy for the digital interfaces.
  • Develop a social media strategy including Facebook, Twitter for overseas markets.
  • Use website analytics/data to drive online marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Segment prospect and customer database based on demographics, behaviours like past engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.) and lifecycle status.
  • Take leadership of PPC advertising (Google Adwords,LinkedIn) and SEO.
  • Develop email workflows for lead nurture processes, A/B tests and promotions in collaboration with the Content Manager and Designers.
  • Developing project documentation (project plans, business requirements, statements of works and budgets) to manage the project delivery.


  • A minimum of 3 years B2B experience with strong organizational skills with the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ideally software marketing experience but a similar role also considered e.g. telecoms, MSP, IT training. Or a strong lead gen B2B marketer who is tech savvy.

Technical Skills

  • B2B lead gen marketing experience ideally an understanding of complex consultative sale with a lengthy sales cycle.
  • Demonstrable experience of developing a digital marketing strategy.
  • Analytical and numbers driven mind-set to make start doing/stop doing decisions based on data.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Brand Development experience via campaigns and social media.
  • A team player with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage by influence.


  • Marketing degree or equivalent B2B/B2C experience with a digital bias.
