What We Want You to Do

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SaaS solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and improve product-market fit.
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing improvements.
• Track and analyze product metrics, user adoption, and feedback to guide iterations.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product goals and business objectives.
• Stay updated with SaaS and technology trends to maintain product competitiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven products.
• Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, and analytics platforms.
• Bonus: Prior experience in an IT or SaaS-based product company.
