Job Description

Aureate Labs is shaping the new age of B2C & D2C eCommerce by designing and building breakthrough experiences and helping brands help customers buy better. As we expand globally, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth, build strategic relationships, and help us connect with forward-thinking eCommerce businesses seeking scalable tech solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and close new business opportunities in North America, Europe, and MENA.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at D2C brands, retailers, and eCommerce companies.
  • Understand client pain points and pitch tailored solutions across Magento, Shopify, and eCommerce growth services like CRO, Paid Ads, and SEO.
  • Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Launch and manage outbound sales campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and networking channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build strong proposals and presentations.
  • Keep the CRM (e.g., HubSpot) updated with accurate pipeline and lead status.
  • Represent Aureate Labs at virtual/in-person client meetings, industry events, and webinars.
  • Track competitor activity and emerging trends to sharpen our positioning.
  • Report performance metrics and pipeline insights to leadership regularly.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or eCommerce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, Magento, and eCommerce growth strategies (CRO, Ads, SEO).
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in consultative selling.
  • Hands-on with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.
  • Proven ability to close international clients and manage long sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • MBA is a plus

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or client acquisition roles.
  • Experience in direct sales to international clients (especially in the eCommerce domain) is highly preferred
