Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with a proven track record in managing end-to-end HR functions within a professional IT environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to supporting organizational growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate with team leads/managers to track and review employee performance.
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
- Maintain and update HR documents and databases.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback.
- Manage clearance process and documentation for departing employees.
Qualification
- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Around 3 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools/portals.
