Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with a proven track record in managing end-to-end HR functions within a professional IT environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to supporting organizational growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Coordinate with team leads/managers to track and review employee performance.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
  • Maintain and update HR documents and databases.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback.
  • Manage clearance process and documentation for departing employees.

Qualification

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Around 3 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools/portals.
