Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional for an IT Recruiter Job in Surat to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of technical hiring needs. Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle — from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified IT professionals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with the HR team for joining formalities and documentation.
- Support HR operational tasks such as employee onboarding, engagement activities, and policy implementation (as and when required).
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in broader HR functions.
