Job Description
We are hiring a digital marketing manager who can lead from the front. You will manage the internal marketing team, own key client accounts, and guide the creative direction across the brands we work with. This role is ideal for someone who has grown within a digital marketing agency and understands how to plan, execute, and report campaigns across teams.
If you are comfortable on client calls, confident reviewing team output, and can keep campaigns moving without chaos, this role is for you.
What We Want You to Do?
- Lead and mentor the internal marketing team: set goals, review output, unblock issues, and build strong ownership.
- Own relationships for key client accounts: communication, trust-building, expectations, delivery quality, and retention.
Oversee planning and execution across SEO, paid media, content, email, and social, ensuring on-time delivery and strong quality.
- Guide creative direction for client brands: maintain consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across touchpoints.
- Review creative output and provide clear feedback so every asset aligns with brand positioning and campaign goals.
Run regular client performance reviews: present results, insights, what changed, what worked, and what we will do next.
- Work closely with design, development, and strategy teams to ensure smooth execution across projects.
- Identify risks early (performance dips, delays, misalignment) and fix them before they become client issues.
- Drive renewals and upsells by spotting growth opportunities and pitching improvements based on data.
- Build and improve internal processes: workflows, checklists, reporting, and team standards.
- Understand each client’s business goals and ensure internal execution stays aligned to those outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a digital marketing agency (marketing manager, account manager, client success, or creative lead).
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team (even a small one).
- Strong understanding of core channels: SEO, paid media, content, email, social.
- Strong creative judgment: can brief, review, and elevate design/copy with clarity.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management.
- Comfortable with performance reporting and turning numbers into clear next steps.
- Strong presentation skills (calls, decks, weekly updates).
- Calm, structured, and accountable. You take ownership and fix problems fast.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or equivalent hands-on experience.
