As we continue to expand, we are looking for an E-commerce Manager who will oversee and optimize end-to-end eCommerce operations and strategies to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What We Want You to Do
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of eCommerce platforms to ensure seamless functionality.
- Define and execute eCommerce strategies for B2C and D2C growth, including sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to create engaging campaigns, improve user experience, and drive revenue.
- Plan and create special offers, discounts, and promotions for upcoming festive seasons and key sales events to maximize conversions.
- Draft, design, and implement email marketing sequences for campaigns, including promotions, abandoned cart recovery, and customer engagement workflows.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) like traffic, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV) to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, inventory levels, and content optimization to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Explore and leverage online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy) and social media selling platforms (TikTok, Instagram Shopping) to drive product visibility and sales.
- Stay updated on eCommerce trends, tools, and technologies to recommend innovative solutions and improve processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful promotions, sales, and product launches.
- Lead SEO, SEM, and paid advertising initiatives to increase website traffic and revenue.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with eCommerce platforms and third-party integrations.
- Oversee and improve the customer journey, ensuring excellent post-purchase experiences and support.
Skills You Should Have
- Proven experience in managing and scaling eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar).
- Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, digital marketing strategies, and customer behavior.
- Experience in creating offers, promotions, and campaigns aligned with festive or seasonal trends.
- Hands-on experience in drafting and executing email marketing campaigns, including sequence workflows and segmentation strategies.
- Knowledge of managing sales on online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy) and leveraging social media platforms like TikTok Shop and Instagram for commerce.
- Proficiency in analyzing data using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience with performance marketing strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar).
- Understanding of SEO principles, product content optimization, and customer acquisition funnels.
- Familiarity with eCommerce integrations, payment gateways, and inventory management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Any additional certification in eCommerce, digital marketing, or email marketing tools will be a plus.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in managing eCommerce operations, platforms, and strategies.
- Experience in creating offers for seasonal campaigns and handling email marketing workflows is highly preferred.
