Aureate Labs is shaping the new age of B2C & D2C eCommerce by designing and building breakthrough experiences, helping brands empower their customers to shop better. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an E-commerce Paid Ads Executive who will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive conversions and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
What We Want You to Do
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Amazon Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop Google Shopping Ads strategies, ensuring product feed accuracy, bid adjustments, and ad performance optimization.
- Execute conversion-focused social media ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest (if applicable).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to refine targeting and improve campaign performance.
- Analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve the best results.
- Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ad efficiency while minimizing costs.
- Implement and optimize retargeting strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and compelling ad copy.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging paid advertising strategies.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure proper tracking with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other performance-tracking tools.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution.
Skills You Should Have
- Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns for eCommerce brands.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Amazon Advertising.
- Expertise in Google Shopping campaigns, product listing optimization, and feed management.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram ad strategies, audience targeting, and retargeting.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
- Understanding of A/B testing, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization for higher conversion rates.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement data-driven ad strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in the US eCommerce market is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Performance Marketing will be a plus.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce businesses.
- Experience in Google Shopping Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and performance marketing is highly preferred.
