Aureate Labs is hiring an Influencer Marketing Coordinator. If you can balance coordination with creativity and are comfortable managing multiple campaigns across brands, you will fit right in.
As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will manage the execution of influencer collaborations from discovery to campaign completion. Your role will involve researching creators, initiating partnerships, coordinating content delivery, and ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly across multiple brands.
What We Want You to Do?
- Research and identify relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging social channels.
- Conduct daily outreach to creators through DMs, email, and creator platforms to initiate potential collaborations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of influencers suitable for different brands and campaign objectives.
- Communicate campaign briefs, deliverables, and timelines clearly to influencers.
- Coordinate product shipments, content creation timelines, approvals, and publishing schedules.
- Track influencer deliverables and ensure campaigns go live according to the planned schedule.
- Manage multiple influencer campaigns across different brands simultaneously.
- Maintain organized records of influencer contacts, outreach status, campaign activity, and collaboration history.
- Coordinate closely with internal marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with overall brand strategy.
- Follow up consistently with influencers to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
- Support reporting by tracking campaign activity, influencer performance, and campaign completion.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media coordination, or digital marketing roles.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with international creators and managing remote communication.
- Execution mindset with the ability to move campaigns forward without constant supervision.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing platforms and social media trends.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with influencers, content creators, or social media campaigns is preferred.
Bonus
- Familiarity with influencer discovery and outreach tools (e.g., Modash, Upfluence, Aspire, etc.).
- Understanding of content performance metrics across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of influencer pricing, negotiations, and collaboration structures.
- Exposure to campaign reporting and performance tracking for influencer marketing initiatives.
- Awareness of current social media trends, creator formats, and platform algorithms.
- Experience coordinating product shipments or logistics for influencer campaigns.
