SaaS Marketing Executive

Job Description

This SaaS Marketing Executive role is hands-on. You will plan and run marketing for our SaaS products, from early traction to scale. You will work closely with the product team and directly see the impact of your work on pipeline, trials, conversions, and MRR.

What We Want You to Do?

  • Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns across the SaaS funnel: awareness, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Own content across channels: blog posts, landing pages, email, LinkedIn, and product updates/newsletters.
  • Run and optimize growth campaigns (paid + organic) to drive trial signups, free-to-paid conversion, and MRR.
  • Translate product features and releases into clear messaging, positioning, and launch assets.
  • Build and manage email flows: onboarding, nurture, product announcements, win-back, and reactivation.
  • Track and report key SaaS metrics: CAC, trial conversion rate, activation rate, churn, LTV, and MRR.
  • Test new growth channels: communities, partnerships, affiliates, review sites (G2/Capterra), Product Hunt, and influencer/creator outreach.
  • Manage engagement across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, niche communities) and drive conversations.
  • Coordinate with design/content teams to produce campaign assets that match the product story.
  • Keep an eye on competitors, customer feedback, and market trends to sharpen messaging and improve conversion.

Requirements

  • Clear understanding of the SaaS funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, expansion.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Comfortable with SEO basics, content strategy, and performance marketing for SaaS.
  • Able to use analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar) to make decisions.
  • Strong writing skills (subject lines, landing page copy, positioning, simple product storytelling).
  • Can manage multiple campaigns without dropping the ball.
  • Self-driven, action-first, and comfortable testing new ideas quickly.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in SaaS or tech product marketing.

Bonus

  • Experience launching on Product Hunt
  • Experience with outbound + lifecycle together (cold email + nurture)
  • Basic understanding of product-led growth (PLG)
  • Experience writing simple scripts for short demo videos
