As we continue growing as a leading e-commerce website development firm, we seek a talented SaaS Marketer to join our marketing team. This role will be crucial in planning, developing, and implementing unique marketing strategies to drive our success.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including branding, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales, and Marketing team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Create and execute demand generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital marketing, content strategies, events, webinars, and other relevant channels to maximize impact and reach.
  • Analyze e-commerce market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies for sustained growth and market leadership.
  • Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, collateral, and presentations.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, industry reports and any relevant speaking engagements.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver maximum ROI and support sustainable growth in the e-commerce sector.
  • Collaborate with our external agencies, partners, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts and expand our reach.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies and campaigns in an e-commerce or technology environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.
  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce business models, target markets, and customer personas.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable marketing plans.
  • Excellent project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and make data-backed decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce and technology industry trends.
