Job Description

Aureate Labs is hiring a Software Developer in Surat to build and improve eCommerce products, client solutions, and internal tools. This software developer role involves working across development, automation, and performance to solve real business problems.

As a Software Developer, you will work closely with internal teams to develop features, maintain systems, and support ongoing projects. You will also contribute to building automation workflows and improving overall product performance and user experience.

This software developer role is suited for someone who can think logically, handle technical challenges independently, and take ownership of tasks from planning to execution while continuously improving their engineering skills.

Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Work on automation-driven solutions and contribute to improving development efficiency.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across applications.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Understand project requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve development practices.

Requirements

6 to 12 months of hands-on experience after graduation in software development.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of web development concepts (frontend and/or backend).
Experience with any programming language such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
Familiarity with full-stack development is a plus.
Exposure to internships or projects involving modern technologies or automation is preferred.
Understanding of version control systems like Git.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
