HR Recruiter

Job Description

As an HR Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers, maintain recruitment pipelines, and help ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience for all candidates.

What We Want You to Do?

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified IT professionals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with the HR team for joining formalities and documentation.
• Support HR operational tasks such as employee onboarding, engagement activities, and policy implementation (as and when required).

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in broader HR functions.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
