Aureate Labs partners with fast-growing consumer brands to help them build, launch, and scale across digital channels. We are hiring an entrepreneur in residence who has hands-on experience building D2C consumer brands and can guide them through launch and growth.
This D2C brand growth manager role is ideal for someone who understands product development, manufacturing coordination, go-to-market planning, pricing, positioning, and launch execution. You will work closely with founders, internal teams, and external partners to turn brand ideas into market-ready businesses.

What We Want You to Do?
- Work closely with stakeholders to plan and execute D2C brand-building initiatives.
- Conduct market research and identify opportunities within the consumer goods space.
- Source and evaluate manufacturers, suppliers, and other strategic partners.
- Coordinate product development, packaging, and operational readiness.
- Build relationships with vendors and negotiate commercial terms.
- Collaborate with branding, design, marketing, and technology teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop launch plans and coordinate execution across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure projects stay on track by managing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication.
- Support eCommerce setup across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Identify operational improvements and recommend scalable processes.
Requirements
- 3 – 6 years of experience working with D2C or consumer brands.
- Experience taking a consumer product from concept to market.
- Hands-on exposure to vendor sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, and product development.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce operations and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and execution abilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
Preferred Experience
- Candidates who have founded, co-founded, or played a key role in launching a D2C consumer brand will be highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in taking a product from concept to market – including vendor sourcing, product development, operations, and go-to-market execution; will be considered a strong advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.
