What We Want You to Do?

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and more.
• Develop and manage SEO strategies, including keyword research, technical fixes, and link building.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to deliver measurable results.
• Work with sales, design, and development teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Manage social media strategy and ensure consistent content distribution.
• Communicate with clients via email, calls, and meetings to maintain strategic alignment.
• Track and analyze campaign data, providing insights and performance reports.
• Use CRM and marketing tools for campaign management and reporting.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and growth opportunities.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in managing teams and campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Experience leading teams, managing tasks, and collaborating across departments.
• Strong client-facing skills with experience in communication, reporting, and strategy alignment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Bonus: Experience in an eCommerce or digital agency environment.
