Aureate Labs is shaping the new age of B2C & D2C eCommerce by designing and building breakthrough experiences, helping brands empower their customers to shop better. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an E-commerce Marketing Executive specializing in email marketing, marketing copywriting, and data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
What We Want You to Do
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Write compelling marketing copy for emails, website landing pages, product descriptions, and ad creatives.
- Develop and manage email automation sequences for welcome flows, abandoned carts, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates) and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and design to improve performance.
- Leverage customer data and segmentation to create personalized marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure visually appealing and high-converting email templates.
- Optimize marketing strategies using insights from Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Monitor customer behavior and purchasing patterns to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in email marketing, data-driven marketing, and copywriting best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution.
Skills You Should Have
- Proven experience in email marketing and copywriting for e-commerce brands.
- Proficiency with email marketing tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
- Strong understanding of email segmentation, automation, and personalization techniques.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused marketing copy.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, performance tracking, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and CRM systems for data-driven marketing.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze marketing data for optimization.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
- Experience in the US eCommerce market is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Email Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics will be a plus.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in email marketing, copywriting, and data-driven marketing.
- Experience in e-commerce marketing, customer retention strategies, and campaign performance analysis is highly preferred.
- Experience in handling marketing campaigns for the US market is a plus.
