Job Description

As an SEO Executive, you will plan, implement, and optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings. The role involves keyword research, SEO audits, competitor analysis, and performance tracking to drive measurable growth for eCommerce brands. You will work closely with content, development, and marketing teams and focus on ROI-focused organic results.

What We Want You to Do?

Conduct keyword research and competitor SEO analysis.
Execute on-page optimization: meta tags, internal linking, content updates, and keyword alignment.
Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes for crawling, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.
Implement off-page SEO strategies, including quality backlink outreach.
Optimize website content for search intent and ranking improvement.
Monitor organic performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
Track keyword rankings and prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
Collaborate with writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices across all web content.
Assist the Digital Marketing/internal team with SEO insights and support for broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data for decision-making.
Basic understanding of market and competitor research.
Creative thinker with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
Open to feedback, self-motivated, and highly organized.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz (preferred).
Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA in Marketing preferred).
1 to 2 years of experience in SEO roles, preferably in the IT or digital marketing domain.
