Key Result Areas

  • Assist in creating and executing business development strategies for business growth
  • Generating leads and closing them to achieve sales targets of company for assigned technology and geography
  • Managing relations with current clients and increasing account value
  • Creating new channel partners and business avenues
  • Generate proposals / contracts for clients and ensure compliance with support of Pre-sales team (Business Analysts / Technical Analysts)
  • Act as relationship manager and escalation point to clients
  • Managing performance of team members assigned
  • Complying company’s processes and documentation standards for sales
  • Assist in creating marketing campaigns and attend expos / events

Additional Roles

  • Coaching team members
  • Helping HR team in building sales team
  • Being a brand ambassador of company
  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve customer delight

Reports Expected

  • Managing CRM of company
  • Sales report for self + Team performance
